Terms and Conditions for FVP Thailand

Effective Date: 1 February 2025

  1. The FVP Permit is issued on the condition you exit with your vehicle from Thailand within 30 days or purchase a 2nd FVP for a further 30 days.  You must renew your FVP through FVP Thailand.  I accept if I leave Thailand after expiry, I will be liable for overstaying fees.
  2. Agree to keep in regular contact with the tour agent via WhatsApp or email.
  3. Agree that all details provided are true and not expired.
  4. Refunds are not available once the permit application process has started.
  5. All customers must agree to be respectful of Thailand laws and customs and do as directed without issue when entering and when in Thailand
  6. I accept that any time after I have submitted my application the Department of Land Transport can change their rules of entry and may insist a guide is required and/or border assistance is required.  I accept that I will pay any applicable fees.
  7. If you require a 2nd FVP to extend your stay by a further 30 days, you must contact FVP Thailand in the first instance.
  8. I agree to never make contact directly with the Department of Land Transport or any other Thailand office in regards to my FVP.  All questions must go directly through FVP Thailand or our agent.
  9. While in Thailand, any encounters with Police, Customs or Immigration or similar, please immediately contact our agent or FVP Thailand.  
  10. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using www.fvpthailand.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.
  11. Use of the Site You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only. You must not:
  • Violate any laws or regulations.
  • Upload or transmit any harmful or malicious code.
  • Distribute spam or engage in any form of cyber attack against the Site.
  • Use the Site in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.
  1. Account Registration Some features of the Site may require you to create an account. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

  6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, FVP Thailand is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Site.
