Effective Date: 1 February 2025

1. The FVP Permit is issued on the condition you exit with your vehicle from Thailand within 30 days or renew your FVP for a further 30 days.
2. Agree to keep in regular contact with the tour agent via WhatsApp or email.
3. Agree that all details provided are true and not expired.
4. Refunds are not available once the permit application process has started.
5. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using www.fvpthailand.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.
6. Use of the Site You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Upload or transmit any harmful or malicious code.
• Distribute spam or engage in any form of cyber attack against the Site.
